Scott D. Browning, J.D., CPA
Scott, an attorney, CPA, is licensed in investments and insurance and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in investment, insurance, tax and estate planning for affluent individuals. Graduating with a degree with honors in accounting and the top 25% of his class in law school, Scott has worked for various high powered financial service industry firms during his career. Scott started at Ernst & Young, became a partner at Wright, Ford, Browning and Young and later was the partner in charge of the western region, Financial Services division for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Leaving Deloitte to be a managing director for MyCFO, Scott serviced the mega wealthy in all aspects of their financial lives, a role he continued at City National Bank. Scott founded Browning Capital Management in December 2013 as the managing partner. Scott is a member of the President Reagan Advisory Counsel and a Board member of Roosters Foundation of Orange County. Scott is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Dylan J. Browning
Dylan is a recent graduate of Chapman University with majors in both Finance and Accounting. Dylan, a Presidential Scholar at Chapman, graduated in the top 5% of his class with Magna Cum Laude honors. Since graduation, he has been actively pursuing his CFP designation and recently obtained his Series 65 License. At Browning Capital Management LLC, Dylan handles many aspects of the business such as back office compliance, portfolio analytics and third party investment manager reviews. He has worked at Browning Capital Management LLC since its inception in December 2013. Outside of Browning Capital Management LLC, Dylan was also a Co-Founder of a talent management company based out of Los Angeles, CA. OverDose Management, LLC handles high-profile artists, athletes, and actors who desire success and longevity for their careers. While not at work Dylan enjoys watching soccer, playing fantasy sports, and traveling.
Christine E. Browning
Christine Browning received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Portland State University in 1986. She worked for various law firms as a paralegal in Oregon, until she moved to California in 1989.
Following her move, she continued to work for Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory until 1993. Chris then turned her attention to raising a family and working in volunteer positions for the school district. In addition, Chris chaired special education committees for the Capistrano Unified Councils of PTSA’s and the Community Advisory Committee, a California Education Code mandated parent liaison group for special education. In December 2013 Chris joined Browning Capital Management LLC as a Client Service Administrator. Chris specializes in interfacing with clients and handling back office operations for Browning Capital Management LLC. While not at work, Chris enjoys hunting for Victorian glassware to add to her collection and knitting.
